Climb High - started and run by Nepalis
Our aim is to organise your dream trip to Nepal, and help our country and its people
Founders
Climb High was founded by Pemba Doma Sherpa, Nepal’s first superstar female mountaineer, and her husband Rajen Thapa.
Pemba climbed Everest from both sides, the first time this was achieved by a Nepali woman. She is commemorated by a statue in Namche Bazaar, capital of the Sherpa people, and on a Nepali postage stamp.
Clients
We’ve organised everything from short treks in the foothills to mountain bike tours, and all the main treks like Everest Base Camp and Annapurna Circuit - as well as major expeditions for clients from the US, Poland, Germany, Australia and UK including the British Army.
Support
At Climb High we are used to working with international clients and meeting your expectations. Climb High is supported by business mentors in the UK and Australia who advise and oversee operations but have no commercial interest in the company. That way we are able to operate to the highest level of standards, and communicate with you effectively.

Past Clients
Here at Climb High we pride ourselves on being a friendly and efficient company. As well as organising many successful treks and easy walks and trips for clients, we’ve provided logistics for many well known alpinists, mountaineers and international guiding companies, and have organised four first ascent expeditions in Nepal and in Tibet – Jobo Ribjang, Tarkago, Kangnachugo and Labuche Kang.
