Tim Blair runs Pokhara to Kathmandu supported by Climb High

Australian ultra-marathon runner Tim Blair recently completed the run from Pokhara to Kathmandu – 220km in just four days. The event was organised and supported logistically by Climb High Himalaya and was aimed at raising funds for Nepal, improving the profile of Nepal as a tourist destination and encouraging tourists to travel again after the 2015 earthquake. It was promoted by the Nepal Tourism Board who provided enormous logistical help and support.

After the event a dinner was hosted by the Australian Ambassador to Nepal, Glenn White.

Thank you Climb High, we are currently working on a book that will be launched in Nepal hopefully early 2017. The run would not have been possible with out the support of Climb High and their expert organisation.
